Bluefish Offer Fundraising Program to Benefit Non-Profits

Non-profits can take advantage of the Bluefish Fundraising Program to raise money for their organization

(Bridgeport, Conn. – May 14, 2015
) – The Bridgeport Bluefish today announced the 2015 Season Fundraising Program. The Bluefish Fundraising Program is a great way to raise money for your non-profit organization while also supporting your local baseball team.

“We have built very strong relationships with some of the local non-profit organizations over the 18 years we’ve been in Bridgeport,” says Bluefish General Manager Jamie Toole. “This program is a great way to continue supporting those organizations as well as to reach out to other non-profits and start building new relationships.”

Non-profit organizations that wish to participate in the Fundraising Program will receive a unique code for their supporters to use while purchasing tickets online through the Bridgeport Bluefish official website. A portion of all tickets sold to fans that use the unique code will go to the organization. If your supporters purchase 20-100 tickets, your organization will get $4 per ticket sold. If your supporters purchase 101-250 tickets, your organization will get $5 back per ticket sold. If your supporters purchase more than 250 tickets, your organization will get $5.50 back per ticket sold.

Each organization’s online code will be set up for every game in 2015, and all fundraising payments will be made at the end of the season.
